This role is to provide daily support within a busy production environment, ensuring that product is supplied to the customer at agreed standards and that due diligence requirements are met.

Understand the product specifications for quality and presentation
Consistently achieve these targets and be proactive in minimising waste, for example,over trimming

Have a basic understanding or Health and Safety and Food Safety
Full Training will be provided

Previous experience in Food Production environment

Good communication skills
Able to use their own initiative
Self-motivated and able to develop a good knowledge of products
