We invest heavily in our farmers and the rearing process for two reasons. Firstly, to ensure that we are as good to work with as we can possibly be, and secondly so that we stay at the cutting edge of agricultural innovation and research – whether that’s in regards to technologies of process or the development, growth and welfare of livestock.
