Balancing Ecosystems Through Biodiversity.

Our supply chain depends upon the continued productivity of crops and livestock. Both rely on thriving, biodiverse ecosystems.

With that in mind, we make every effort to ensure that we give back as much as we take. Our woodland areas have been planted with native species such as ash, elder, oak and birch, with the intention of attracting native wildlife such as finches, swifts, hedgehogs, squirrels, bees and butterflies.

We use these areas to form biodiversity corridors between our agricultural land, allowing wildlife to shelter, and provide them with safe passage between and across pasture. It means we can farm without fear of harming the local ecosystem.
